Privacy

Short, and honest about what we collect.

Last updated July 9, 2026. This policy covers the floriohq.com marketing site and the docs.floriohq.com help site. The Florio application has its own privacy policy, plus customer agreements provided when a business signs up.

What we collect

If you submit the request-access form, we receive what you type: your name, business name, email, website, business type, and anything you write in the note. We use it to reply to you about Florio, and for nothing else. Submissions go straight from our own web server to our inbox. No third-party form services are involved.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our sites: which pages help and which fall flat, so we can make them better. We run it as first-party analytics only, with Google's advertising and cross-site signals turned off. It shows us patterns, not who you are, and we never use it for ads or sell or share your information. The marketing site and the help site (docs.floriohq.com) are measured in separate Google Analytics properties, so their data is never combined.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it and analytics stays off. You can also turn analytics off, and back on, anytime with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page, clear the cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out add-on.

Google Analytics collects the usual web-analytics data: the pages you view, roughly where you are (Google uses your IP address to estimate location and does not log it), your device and browser, and the site that referred you. Google processes this as our provider; see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. The only cookies here come from Google Analytics: _ga and _ga_<id>, which help count visits and sessions. Google sets them to last up to about two years, and you can clear them anytime or turn analytics off with the Cookie settings link. If your browser opts you out, none are set. Your on-or-off choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

What we don't do

No advertising pixels, no ad targeting, no cross-site tracking, no data brokers, and no selling or sharing of your information. Analytics is the only tracking on the site, it carries no ads, and it never identifies you. We once promised on this page to tell you plainly before any of that changed. This update is us keeping that promise.
