Founding ten: the first ten studios on Florio lock this pricing for life. White-glove extras, priced in the open like everything else: photo-library import $499 to $1,999 by size, data migration $1,500, both included with annual Full House.
Billing is automatic on either schedule: card on file, receipts sent by Florio, and a graceful nudge when a card expires. No event caps, ever. No percentage skim on your client payments. Leave with your data anytime. English and Spanish on every plan.
White-glove help, priced in the open
The moving-in help, quoted like the rest.
Two one-time services get you off spreadsheets and into Florio with your history intact. Both are on the house with an annual Full House plan.
Photo-library import
We bring years of your own work into a searchable library, priced by how much there is to move. It is what makes a proposal look like you.
Data migration
Clients, contacts, catalog, and open events carried over cleanly, so day one starts with your business already in it, not a blank slate.
Included with annual Full House
Choose Full House on the annual schedule and both the import and the migration come with it. The founding ten keep that, and their price, for life.
The fine print, in plain language
Questions worth answering before you sign.
Do crew seats really cost nothing?
On Full House, yes. It includes ten office seats plus unlimited free crew seats. A driver, designer, or warehouse hand who clocks in, follows a route, and captures delivery proof from the app never uses a paid seat. Office seats are the full back-office logins; on Studio you get two of those, then $25 for each additional one.
What are the founding-ten terms?
The first ten studios on Florio lock their pricing for life. Whatever you sign up at is what you keep, for as long as you stay, even as we add features and raise prices for everyone who comes after. It is our thank-you to the shops that back us early.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours, always. You can export everything whenever you want, on any plan. Florio never takes a percentage of your client payments and never holds your data hostage. Leaving is a clean export, not a negotiation.
What happens if I cancel?
Month to month, you can stop anytime and keep working through the period you have paid for. On an annual plan it runs to the end of your term. Either way, you take your full history with you on the way out. No event caps, no penalty, no lock-in.
Are events and orders really unlimited?
Yes, on every plan. Florio never bills per event and never skims a percentage of what your clients pay you. Monthly means monthly. The only thing that scales with your team is office seats, and field crew are free on Full House.
Annual or month to month, which should I pick?
Annual costs less each month and throws in the photo-library import and data migration on Full House. Month to month costs a little more for the flexibility. Both bill automatically with a card on file and a receipt from Florio every time. Not sure yet? Tell us about your shop and we will help you choose.
